All dog owners must submit a rabies certificate to the O'neill Police Department.
Breed Restrictions
ORDINANCE NO. 1364 states that all pit bull type dogs within O'Neill city limits must be spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped, vaccinated and then registered with the O'Neill Police Department. There is a $25 registration fee.
